I did Water Change once in 3 - 4 days otherwise the water will get cloudy since I have so many shrimps (30s) inside the tank and few shrimplets were spotted too. Tiny white Critters can be seen darting inside the water. Thus I change 50% of the water to the liking of my shrimps without casualty. Also give my java moss a good trimming to avoid its overgrown blocking the light on my nana plants. The above photo shows the after-WC and the evergreens which I have kept for a long time now. A little cloudy but the beneficial bacteria will do the clearing job in no time.
